The building comprises a six-story base with two towers above—one for owner-occupied apartments and the other for rental apartments. Beneath the building is a two-level parking garage topped by the green inner courtyard. On the roof of the sixth floor, there are rooftop terraces, one for the owner-occupied apartments and another for the rental apartments.

The rental and owner-occupied apartments each have their own entrance. The parking garage includes two communal bicycle storage areas, one for owners and one for renters. Many apartments also have a private external storage unit. Additionally, there is a shared mobility hub in the garage with electric cars, scooters, and cargo bikes.

The building is designed in a U-shape, open towards the adjacent green boulevard with water. This park landscape extends seamlessly into the inner green courtyard and the greenery on the façades. Hollandse Meesters is a haven for green living.

Hollandse Meesters is located along a green boulevard with water, within walking distance of the lively city center.
