Qube is a residential building of eight floors with 10 apartments per floor, accessed via one of the two lifts or the stairwell in the communal entrance lobby. Corridors on each floor, finished to a high standard with smoothly plastered walls and dark anthracite carpeting, lead to the apartments. The private front doors sit in elegant black doorframes and include a modern stainless steel panel with the apartment number and doorbell. Studio Piet Boon not only helped to create the optimal interior layout but also the public spaces.

All apartments have underfloor heating topped with PVC flooring in greyed oak throughout the entire apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom let in lots of natural light. The open-plan kitchen in the living area is fitted out with polar white units combined with an anthracite worktop and Whirlpool built-in appliances, such as an induction hob, an extraction hood, a fridge/freezer, a combi-microwave/oven, and a dishwasher.

All apartments have one bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. The floor spaces range between approx. 48 to 60 m2 and the high-quality finish and furnishings include smoothly plastered walls, PVC flooring, and curtain rails. The lighting is exclusive. On top of that, all apartments have a spacious balcony.
