After the successful PreSale of Phase 3, the last 13 homes of Phase 4 in Nieuw Eilands’ Eigen are now available in PreSale. These exclusive homes consist of semi-detached houses and a detached house. Interest in Phase 4 has been overwhelming. We are extremely pleased with the enthusiasm and large number of applications we have received so far. To keep everything running smoothly, we have made two adjustments to the sales process:

1. Priority interviews for specific house types

As of now, you can request priority interviews for the Easthampton and Montauk home types. Requesting a priority interview for the detached house type Bridgehampton (building number 59) is unfortunately not possible, because there are already more than 50 registrations for this type.

During the priority interview with one of our Financial Coaches, we will assess whether living in New Island’s Own is financially feasible and affordable. If the outcome is positive, you will be given priority status. Please note that the deadline for requesting a priority interview is Friday, February 7.

2. Delayed enrolment deadline

The registration deadline has been extended. You can now register until Friday, February 14, 9 a.m. On the same day, Valentine’s Day, we will announce who the lucky buyers are.

Allocation of building number 59 (Bridgehampton)

The detached house (building number 59) will be randomly assigned to a candidate. This candidate will meet with a Financial Coach after allocation.
